Study Abroad - Faculty Guidelines
Study Abroad Course Proposal Process and Deadlines
The call for faculty-led programs goes out each semester – in September for programs offered the following fall/winter, and in January for programs offered in the following spring/summer. In the call, faculty are asked to list the program(s) and the course(s) they plan to offer. If this is an existing program, faculty will be running again, they will only be required to submit a program renewal form. Faculty (experienced and new) working on a new program will submit a full proposal in two months after the call. This timeline gives the Faculty-Led Study Abroad and Risk & Oversight Committees time to review the proposals and approve them before schedules are released to students looking to participate in study abroad.
