We are happy to announce that The Bachelor of Science in Finance degree of University of New Haven has been welcomed into the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute’s University Recognition Program.
This status is granted to an institution whose degree program incorporates at least 70% of the CFA Program Candidate Body of Knowledge. This designation is recognition that our undergraduate finance students are well positioned to obtain the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. UNH is entitled to five scholarships each year for our students, either graduate or undergraduate to take the CFA exams.
Entry into the CFA Institute University Recognition Program signals to our finance curriculum is closely tied to professional practice and is well-suited to preparing students to sit for the CFA examinations.
The CFA Institute is the global association of investment professionals. The CFA institute sets the standard for professional excellence and administers the CFA charter. The organization is a champion for ethical behavior in investment markets and a respected source of knowledge in the global financial community.
