The mission of the CSS Call Center is to create a welcoming environment for students by providing information regarding upcoming events, discussing satisfaction and challenges, as well as answering any questions or concerns for the students. Call Center Representatives provide outreach to students who may need additional academic support and assist them with scheduling an appointment with a Success Advisor. Our representatives play a critical role in student persistence at the University of New Haven.
