Professional Development

In support of our strategic plan and performance goals, all employees are encouraged to participate in the continuous professional development opportunities here at the University. The programs and workshops are offered by the Human Resources Department and are intended to promote professional development and leadership.  These programs and learning resources are available online and on campus to fit employees’ professional goals.

All University employees have unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning, which hots over 20,000 different courses to support your professional development. Courses range from technical to soft skills. Choose courses that fit with your personal development plan or explore our curated Competency based course curriculums.

Vector Learning Management System (LMS)

All University compliance training is provided through our learning partner, Vector. All University Staff and Faculty must complete the following compliance courses through the Vector LMS (LINK). Courses are assigned at time of hire and must be completed within the first 30 days of employment.

  • Preventing Harassment & Discrimination: Cleary Act and Title IX 
  • FERPA: Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act ( All student facing employees)

ACE Women’s Network

​The ACE Women’s Network supports women in Higher Education through mentorship, professional and  leadership development through the American Council on Education (ACE).
